Today, Orivision operates six specialist divisions – polypropylene packaging manufacturing, solar energy project development, civil construction, ISO auditing and compliance, training and development, and strategic business advisory. Our model is to acquire and build businesses and make them succeed through the expertise of a specialist team whose combined experience spans more than 40 years. Every division is united by the same ethos: deliver exceptional quality, create meaningful employment, and leave every community better than we found it.

Zukiswa Silinga brings over 20 years of senior leadership across polymer manufacturing and the automotive sector – including roles at Mercedes-Benz South Africa, Volkswagen South Africa, and Continental Tyre. She holds an MBA from Nelson Mandela University, a B-Tech in Quality, and certification as an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 lead auditor. In 2019 she was named BWA Corporate Business Woman of the Year in East London.
