Our manufacturing facility in the East London IDZ is designed from the ground up for efficiency, sustainability, and scale. With a raw-material supply agreement in progress and a planned closed-loop recycling arrangement, we deliver certified, traceable, recyclable packaging solutions that no importer can match on lead time, quality, or B-BBEE value.

Discovery & Specification

Every order begins with understanding your exact requirements – load capacity, dimensions, UV resistance, moisture protection, print requirements, and volume – so what arrives is exactly what you need, every time.

Product Design & Prototyping

Our team develops initial specifications, material selections, and prototype samples. For custom-branded bags this includes artwork approval, print proofs, and size confirmation before bulk production.

Technical Specification & Material Sourcing

Approved designs move into full technical specification – resin-grade selection, weave density, stitching patterns, and finishing – with all materials sourced to certified quality standards.

Production & Quality Control

Your order is manufactured with in-line QC on every shift. Tensile strength, UV resistance, seam integrity, and load-drop tests are applied to every batch, with batch tracking and barcode labelling for full traceability.

Delivery & Distribution

Finished products are coordinated for delivery via our logistics partnerships – with domestic and SADC export fulfilment – for damage-free delivery, every time.When your piece is ready, our team coordinates delivery and professional installation, ensuring a smooth, damage-free process. We take care of every detail so that your bespoke furnishing is perfectly placed, beautifully integrated, and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
