Scope Development & Costing
We develop a detailed project scope, bill of quantities, and cost plan – working transparently throughout, with no hidden costs and no surprises.

Planning & Contractor Procurement
We manage full programme planning, including contractor procurement where required. SHEQ protocols are established at this stage, and all approvals and compliance documents are tracked.

Construction Management & SHEQ
On-site work is managed with daily progress tracking, quality-assurance inspections, and SHEQ monitoring throughout – coordinating all trades and resolving issues before they become problems.

Practical Completion & Handover
We conduct a full defects inspection and manage snagging to ensure every element meets specification. Handover documentation, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings are delivered as standard.
